The news comes around a month after Tarantino discussed wanting a family while he appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live for the promotion of his latest film Once Upon a Time in... Hollywood starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie. Tarantino told Kimmel,
I haven't been married, I haven't had kids, I just got married, I want to have kids.

They hosted an engagement party in New York City on September 2017, where Pulp Fiction cast including Bruce Wills, Uma Thurman, and Samuel L. Jackson reunited to celebrate the couple's milestone. On November 28, 2018, Tarantino and Daniella got married in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles.
