Christina Vidal was born Christina Marie Vidal on 18th November 1981 in Whitestone, Queens, New York City. Her father Manny Vidal is a tax consultant and businessman, whereas her mother Josie Vidal is a Secretary. Vidal has two sisters, Tanya Vidal and Lisa Vidal, both of them are actors, and a brother, Christian.
Vidal joined the Performing Arts School of New York. At the age of seventeen, she went to a girl group, Gemstone where she recorded songs with bandmate Jade Villalon.
