Before starting her professional acting career, Lola Glaudini used to appear in her father's plays. She also starred in the drama, Demonology at the Mark Taper Forum and won a Drama-Logue Award for Best Actress. In 1996, she first appeared on TV in NYPD Blue and the same year she debuted in the film, Without a Map.

Then, Lola was featured in a number of films including Your Friends & Neighbors, Dave's Blind Date, Down to You, Groove, Blow,  Invincible, Drive-Thru, Jack Goes Boating, That Awkward Moment, and others. From 2001-2004, she had a recurring role on the HBO popular series, The Sopranos.   

Glaudini has a guest role in The Good Guys, The King of Queens, Boomtown, Andy Richter Controls the Universe, Monk, Special Unit 2, Law, and Order: Criminal Intent, Las Vegas, and ER. As of 2018, she is busy with her upcoming venture, She's in Portland.
