Christopher Larkin is a talented American actor and a musician who is popularly known for his role, Monty Green, a smart and tech-savvy teenager, in the CW’s TV series, The 100. He made his movie debut in 2001 in Flamingo Rising. His TV credits, Squad 85, 90201 and Kingdom Geek. Besides acting, Larkin is also involved in music. He released his first album, The News Today on September 29, 2015.     

Early Life And Education Of Christopher Larkin      

Christopher Larkin was born Woo Ha-Chang on 2nd October 1987 in Daegu, South Korea under the birth sign Libra. When Larkin was four months old, he was adopted by Elaine Larkin and Peter Larkin. His foster parents raised him in Hebron, Connecticut.  

Larkin joined RHAM High School where he performed in several plays. In 2005, he graduated from the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts and later earned the degree in theater from Fordham University’s campus at Lincoln Center in New York City.

While studying in the university, he took off the fall semester of his senior year to perform in Steppenwolf Theater Company’s production of Kafka on the Shore. He also performed in several Off-Broadways productions.

Christopher Larkin made his movie debut in 2001 in the dramatic film, The Flamingo Rising. The movie starred William Hurt, Elizabeth McGovern, and Brian Benben. In 2008, Larkin made his TV debut in an episode of ABC’s soap opera One Life to Live


Four years later, Larkin appeared as Bobby ‘’The Rookie’’ in comedy series Squad 85 with Travis Van Winkle, Gregory Bonsignore, and Milauna Jemai. The following year, he worked in 90210 and Awkward. Since 2014, he is portraying the character of a smart and tech-savvy teenager (Monty Green) in The CW’s series, The 100 with Marie Avgeropoulos, Eliza Taylor, Bob Morley, and Lindsey Morgan.


Regarding Larkin’s music career, he used to play guitar for the former band, Dexter Prep and also used to play for the band D’Artagnan with Adam Stern and Allain-Marcus.

On 29th September 2015, Larkin released his self-titled debut album The News Today and two years later, he released his second album, The Happiest Album Ever Made.
