Christina Vidal was born Christina Marie Vidal on 18th November 1981 in Whitestone, Queens, New York City. Her father Manny Vidal is a tax consultant and businessman, whereas her mother Josie Vidal is a Secretary. Vidal has two sisters, Tanya Vidal and Lisa Vidal, both of them are actors, and a brother, Christian.
Vidal joined the Performing Arts School of New York. At the age of seventeen, she went to a girl group, Gemstone where she recorded songs with bandmate Jade Villalon.

At the age of ten, Christina Vidal auditioned for the 1993 American comedy film, Life with Mikey, and was selected for the role of Angie Vega.
