The 21-year-old Counting On Star revealed the sad news on her and her husband's joint Instagram account Wednesday, sharing a black-and-white photo that showed the couple resting on a hospital bed.
Duggar wrote: "Today marks one week since we heard these words" at the beginning of her post that she followed with,
So this is your baby's heart (pointing to the ultrasound screen). I don't hear a heartbeat or see any movement.

Duggar explained in her post she and her husband learned of the miscarriage during their 20-week ultrasound and gender reveal. She further said, "It was a baby girl." Duggar also revealed the name of their stillborn child as "Annabell Elise."
In May, Duggar and her husband Austin announced the upcoming arrival of their second child on the family website. They are already parents to a son, Gideon, 1.
The lovebirds have been dating since November 2016, and just four months later, they got engaged. In May 2017, they secretly got married.
