Actress and model Cindy Crawford and husband of two decades Rande Gerber are making some real estate deals. The lovebirds have put their Malibu bungalow on the market for $7.5 million.
According to Variety, the couple bought the house back in the late '90s for $1.85 million. The 1974-built home features four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Moreover, its top feature is the unobstructed beachfront view of the Pacific Ocean.
As per the listing, the house stands at 2,413 square foot land area which is newly renovated and features high, wood-beamed ceiling and a fireplace. Moreover, the kitchen features granite countertops and high-grade stainless-steel appliances.
Last June, the couple sold their elegant remodeled Malibu home for a whopping $45 million which they initially listed for $60 million. The house featured four bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Cindy Crawford, who has an estimated net worth of $100 million, owns a beautiful house in Beverly Hills that they bought in 2017 September for $11.625 from Ryan Tedder. The house covers 5,386 square feet area and features five bedrooms with 5.5 bathrooms.
