Early Life And Education Of Offset

Offset was born Kiari Kendrell Cephus on December 14, 1991, in Lawrenceville, Georgia, U.S.A. The rapper was born with the Zodiac sign Sagittarius and his personality reflects the traits of the sign like being serene, optimistic, and adventurous.

He chooses not to reveal the names of his parents but all the members of his band Migos grew up in his mother’s small house. Moreover, he is the cousin of Quavo and Takeoff is the nephew of Quavo. Offset grew up in Gwinnett County near Atlanta with the members of his band.

Offset started his career with the band Migos, he started the band with his cousin Quavo and nephew Takeoff. They first released the single Versace in 2013 and they released their debut album, Yung Rich Nation in 2015. In 2017, they released another single Bad and Boujee which was one of the most famous songs of that year and quickly became an internet sensation. Bad and Boujee is considered one of the most successful songs of the band.

The lyrics to the song "raindrop, drop top” became especially famous and became a part of several internet memes too. The song reached the #1 spot on US Billboard Hot 100. Their second studio album, Culture also debuted at the top spot on the Billboard 200 Charts.

In addition to his involvement in the band, he is also a solo artist who frequently collaborates with artists like Macklemore. He also released a collaborative album with rapper 21 Savage. The album also did well on the charts and gave Offset his first solo platinum single called Ric Flair Drip.

Offset’s Personal Life

Offset is currently married to another superstar Cardi B. The couple started dating in early 2017 after collaborating for a song Lick in January 2017. They went on a date during the Super Bowl in February 2017 and later that month, they made their relationship official in an Instagram post on Valentine’s Day. Later, they released an adult video which they later called a joke.

The couple spent several quality times together and were deeply in love for months before they got engaged. On Cardi’s birthday (11 October), Offset posted an intimate picture of the couple on his Instagram where he can be seen planting kiss on his girlfriend's lips.

The same month, the couple was rocked by their split rumor after the singer deleted a series of photos from her Instagram. But later, Cardi B denied the rumor and confirmed that the couple was still together.

By the end of the month, the rapper proposed to his then-girlfriend to marry him live on stage at Power 99's Powerhouse concert in front of thousands of crowd. In January 2018, Offset's alleged sex tape was leaked online which went viral on Twitter which blatantly shows the rapper cheating on his fiancee. Later, Offset addressed the rumors by posting a video on his Instagram showing him lying in a bed next to Cardi's arm, which was confirmed due to the presence of Cardi's engagement ring and the rumors perished within days.

In February 2018, Cardi B was repeatedly claimed to be pregnant with her first child with Offset. The speculation was triggered after fans noticed her growing baby bump during a concert. However, she later denied the rumor saying she was just getting fat. In March, TMZ confirmed her pregnancy reporting she would be welcoming her first in July that year. The reports also claimed that she was planning to go on a tour with singer Bruno Mars just 2 months after the baby's birth. On July 10, 2018, Cardi B gave birth to a son, Kulture Kiari Cephus with Offset.

Earlier in June, Cardi B revealed that she and Offset secretly got married in 2017. The singer also revealed that they got married in a bedroom with no ring or wedding dress. 

Coming to December 2018, Cardi B announced her split from her husband Offset through an Instagram post where she wrote she and her child's father were to get a divorce. She said "Things haven't been working out between us for a long time," in the shocking announcement. But just a couple of months later the announcement, the couple was again spotted spending their quality time together which once again sparked their rekindle rumor. However, the couple is yet to address the rumor regarding their reunion.

Later in May, Celina admitted to lying about being pregnant with offset's child. Later in December 2018, she was arrested by Bounty hunters.
