Early Life and Education
Maria Grace Sansone was born on February 26, 1981, in Erie, Pennsylvania. She grew up in her native city Erie, Pennsylvania, and her childhood was very different from her other peers.
Maria became famous when she was 11 and had already appeared on numerous interviews of sports stars, like Jim Kelly, Michael Jordan, Bill Cowher, Tommy Lasorda and other at the age of 13.
Maria attended Villa Maria Academy High School in Erie. She is a graduate of Syracuse University Newhouse School of Public Communication and holds a bachelor degree in Communication and Political Science. She played basketball during her high school at the villa.
Career
Maria Sansone gained celebrity at the young age of only 11 when a local reporter Mike Gallagher interviewed Emma for the local news. He was impressed by her and gave her a sports segment called "Down to Size" on WJET-TV.
Maria co-hosted the ABC Sports and a sideline reporter and earned a title “Youngest Reporter in the History of Network Television in 1992. Maria then became a co- host of the spin- off Television show along with a real star of TV Ryan Seacrest.
As a graduate, Maria continued her career in Manhattan and joined MTV Networks where she hosted the TV shows. She has worked for WNBC 4 New York and she also has worked for LX New York and NBC.
Besides these, Maria has covered the Grammy Award and made special reports for TV Guide with winners.She has appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Good Morning America, Dateline NBC.
Personal Life
Moving onto her relationship status, Maria is a married woman and mother of a child. She got married to Joshua Guthartz in 2008. She has one daughter named, Grace Louise born on December 31, 2013.
The couple is very supportive and caring to each other leading a very happy married life. Since the couple understands and supports each other in professional as well as personal life. They currently reside in Los Angeles, California.
