Inside Biography

Landry Joel Tsafack N’Guemo is a well known Cameroonian footballer who is currently playing for FC Girondins de Bordeaux in Ligue 1 and the Cameroon national football team. He is positioned as a defensive midfielder under number 7. He was born on 28th November 1985 in Yaounde, Cameroon.  Landry originally hails from Dschanq, Dschanq is a small town located in western Cameroon. He moved to Yaounde at the age of 13 and by then he had already played for many of the local teams.

Career

N’Guemo’s professional club football career started with club Nancy. He gave the trials at the age of 15. In August 200 he made his debut in a league match against Lyons playing as a substitute. He was 19 when he made his debut. His first goal for Nancy was against Le havre on 31 January 2009, it was a dramatic 90th minute goal. His second goal was also a dramatic 90thminute goal against Marseille on 23 May 2009.  Nancy lost 2-1 in that match. Landry was loaned to Celtic for one year starting form 16 July 2009. His debut game against Cardiff City was a 0-0 draw but he was awarded as Celtic’s man of the match in the game. He was a part of the Celtic team that played against Dynamo Moscow in Glasgow losing 1-0 and won 2-0 in Moscow.  The 2-0 win helped Celtic made their way to final qualifier against Arsenal.  At the end of the loan period he had appeared in 35 matches without any goals to his credits. There was some disagreement about the transfer fee regarding his permanent move to Celtic, so he returned back to AS Nancy. Landry moved to  his Current Team Girondins de Bordeaux on July 4th 2011. He signed a three year contract with Bordeaux which is an existing rival to his previous team Nancy in Ligue 1. Apart from his cub career, Landry has also appeared 37 times for Cameroon and scored three times.

Marriage, Girlfriend and personal life

Landry N’Guemo serves his keen hobby as a falconer. He has a presentable collection of birds of prey. His favorite in the collection is Mr George; a white-tailed eagle which he named after George Weah. His romantic life relating to his girlfriend or marriage has been kept out of the public eye and we believe it is for his desire to privacy.

Landry has a market value worth 2,250,000 Euros. He is a well built player of black race. He has a height of 1.74 m and weight of 70kg. He has an annual salary of 888,000 Euros. About his honors he has helped Nancy AS win French League Cup 2006 in his career.
