Cash Warren was born on January 10, 1979, in Los Angeles, California, United States. He is the son of Michael Warren and Sue Narramore. His father is an African-American actor who is famous for the series Hill Street Blues. From an early age, Warren was interested in film and acting.

Cash Warren is a happily married man. He is married to the popular film actress Jessica Alba. Warren met Alba in 2005 while they were filming Fantastic Four. As per the Alba when they first met each other they just started off as a friendship. Later, she told that she was attracted to his mind and spirit.
The couple got engaged in 2007 and married on 19 May 2008. Together they have two daughters and a son. They welcomed their first daughter named Honor Marie Warren in June 2008 and in 2011 they again welcomed their second daughter, named Haven Garner Warren.
