The Originals starlet Claire Holt gave birth to her first child, a baby boy with her husband Andrew Joblon. The 30-year-old actress and her husband welcomed their little bundle of joy on Thursday, 28th March.
Holt took to her Instagram on Friday, 29th March to announce the happy news where she shared a photo of her newborn son sleeping on her chest. She announced her son's name as James Holt Joblon.
Meanwhile, Joblon also shared an image of Holt cuddling with their son in her hospital bed. He wrote, "Claire-you are my hero" alongside the photo. He also revealed the birth details of their son James.
Back in October 2018, Holt revealed her pregnancy in an Instagram post which apparently came seven months after she revealed her miscarriage. She then also revealed she underwent a consequent dilation and curettage procedure after she suffered the miscarriage.
In her pregnancy announcement, Holt said she was overwhelmed with the joy and said the past few months had been "filled with excitement, anxiety, and joy and most of all gratitude."
After a month, the lovebirds announced their upcoming child's sex in an Instagram video where they wrote: "Gender Reveal PSA" alongside the video. Coming to February 2019, Holt celebrated the upcoming arrival of her son in an intimate yet beautiful baby shower at her LA home.
The couple has been together for nearly two years where Holt revealed her relationship with the Australian real estate businessman Joblon in July 2017. In December 2017, she announced her engagement with Joblon and around eight months later, they tied the knot in August 2018.
Before Holt started dating Joblon, she was in a happily married relationship with ex-husband Matthew Kaplan. They were married from 2016 to 2017.
