Simone Biles started competing as a level 8 gymnast in 2007. After three years, in 2011, she again established her standing at the junior best level. The American gymnast began her career in 2011, while she participated at the 2011 American Classic in Houston, Texas.


In the same year, she took the top spot in the vault and balance beam events and finished third in the all-around at the American Classic.  She pursued an impressive series of showings in 2012, winning the vault and the all-around events at the American Classic, the Alamo Classic, the Houston National Invitational and the Secret U.S. Classic. 

She is the first woman ever to achieve three consecutive all-around world championship titles. The young athlete has won 14 medals till date. Biles extended to build on her successes in 2014, taking the U.S. and world titles in the all-around competition.

In 2015, Simone became the first woman to win her third consecutive world all-around title, receiving the record of 10 gold medals at the international competition. Biles was considered as one of the country’s top Olympic hopefuls in 2016. She then proceeded training for Rio 2016 at World Champions Centre, which is owned by her family, in Spring, Texas.
