After The Sun published an audio tape of President Donald Trump calling Meghan Markle nasty during an interview, the president insisted that he had never done such thing.
Donald Trump furthermore added that the fundamentals of sound recording to the list of things he does not quite understand.
Ahead of Trump’s Europe trip, The Sun asked the president about his relationship with members of the royal family including the Duchess of Sussex, who had previously expressed his politics unfavorable.
During the 2016 campaign, the former actress called Donald Trump “misogynistic” and “divisive.” In the interview, the President admitted that he never knew Meghan had made such remarks saying, “I didn’t know that she was nasty.”
After realizing a royal family member being called “nasty” ahead of his Europe trip might not be the wisest move, Trump then tried to compliment the American princess.
Complementing the American princess, Trump said:
I hope she is okay. I am sure she will go excellently.
Despite having clear evidence of referring Markle as “nasty,” Trump attempted to claim that he had never done such a thing.

Two days after The Sun published the story, Trump tweeted that all those comments are made up by the fake news media and insisted that they got caught could.
He added:
Will @CNN, @nytimes, and others apologize? Doubt it!
Though Prince Harry has attended a private lunch with the President, Meghan was not present there because she is currently on maternity leave.
