The television personality, who is also a Lebanese-American plastic surgeon, took to Instagram on Wednesday, April 15, to confirm the pregnancy news.
Alongside a photo of a sonogram image of the upcoming baby, he wrote,
I’m so excited & blessed to announce that my wife @brittanypattakos and I are bringing a new life into this world.

As previously reported, the actor, 57, exclusively told media in November 2019 that he and his wife wanted to expand their family together.
He already shares three sons with his ex-wife Adrienne Maloof, an actress known for her appearance in Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The former couple had been married from 2002 to 2012.
Following his divorce with Maloof, Paul started dating Greece and the two got engaged in June 2019. Four months after their engagement, the two exchanged wedding vows in October 2019.
