What can be more painful for a mother than to lose her baby? Well, nothing can compensate the heartache of a mother who has lost a child. Former glamour model Nell McAndrew has faced the pain, twice!
The model lost her first unborn child in 2005. Unfortunately enough, she lost her another unborn child in 2012 after a miscarriage.
Despite losing her child twice, McAndrew managed to overcome the pain and get pregnant again. Now, she is the mother two cute children, son Devon and a daughter, Anya with her husband of 13 years Paul Hardcastle.

English glamour model Nell McAndrew is married to Paul Hardcastle. McAndrew's husband is a property developer. McAndrew and Hardcastle started dating in 2003. After dating for about a year, the couple got engaged in September 2004.

The couple eventually got married three months after their engagement, in November 2004. The wedding ceremony was held in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England. A month later, in December 2004, the couple tied the knot again in a wedding ceremony held in Dubai.
The couple welcomed their first child together, a son, Devon on 24 August 2006. McAndrew gave birth to her second child, a daughter, Anya on 21 March 2013.
Forty-three years old proud mother took to Twitter to share the big news among her loved ones writing,
"Thank you so much for all your kind messages. mum and baby fine. Such a miracle. So happy I could cry!"

Expressing her happiness, McAndrew told Hello! magazine in 2013:
It's the most amazing thing ever!
She also shared how excited her son Devon is at the arrival of his little sister:
We took her to school with my son , she was his 'show and tell' and met the whole cla s s!
In the same interview, McAndrew also admitted that she doesn't have time for her fitness regime since her becoming a mother, as her children are her priorities:
As much as I love running and exercise, I'm in no rush to cram an intense exercise programme into my days. My children are my priority and I'll fit in exercise as and when I can.
In an interview with Now magazine, the I’M A Celebrity star also revealed that after being a mother she almost ruined her married life. She said their marriage was getting difficult as she felt exhaustion killing their sex life. She explained:
It’s hard to keep that side of things going. You lose confidence when you have a baby and your body doesn’t feel like your own any more. Sex is often the last thing on our minds as we’re both workaholics.
McAndrew and her husband even thought to call it quits, however, they managed to “stick with each other”. Despite all the complications in their relationship, McAndrew and her husband are still together. They have been able to overcome the differences between them.
Nell McAndrew Lost Two Unborn Children
The former glamor model lost her first child in 2005 after her unborn child was diagnosed with a rare disorder, amniotic band. But this was not the end of her heartache. She lost a child again, this time due to miscarriage in 2012.

The mother of two opened about her pain and said she rushed to hospital after she started bleeding:
I was six weeks gone and Paul and I were both looking forward to our new arrival. It was terribly sad. I held it together in the surgery but had a good cry outside in the car, where my mum was waiting for me.
She further explained:
We tried to rationalise it that sometimes things just aren't meant to be and that maybe losing the baby was my body's way of saying, "Sorry, not this time".
Despite losing two children, McAndrew got pregnant again, she's currently blessed with two children.
Nell McAndrew was criticisms for breastfeeding
McAndrew was highly criticized by other mums after she revealed she still breastfed her then two and a half years old son, Devon, back in March 2009. Despite all the criticism, McAndrew didn't give up and kept on breastfeeding her son as long as he wanted to.

The model explained:
I get negative comments all the time, but that’s their problem. Breast-feeding is the most natural thing in the world – and it’s so good for my son that I don’t see any reason to stop.
She also said breastfeeding is an individual choice:
I would never tell other women they have to breast-feed because it’s down to individual choice. And by the same token if a mum wants to carry on breast-feeding until their child is five, six or seven that that’s fine too.
She also clarified saying it is the most natural thing in the world. McAndrew also thinks it has maintained the health of her son even if some mums think it's weird.
Is Nell McAndrew Planning For Baby Number Three?
Mother of two, McAndrew, wants to get pregnant again. Just before the arrival of her second child, she once revealed that she doesn't want to stop with two kids and expressed her desire for the third one:
I'm enjoying my pregnancy so much that I'm wondering if I might have another baby quite soon after this one.
Well, it has been over four years since the birth of the second child, but still, the couple hasn't given any hints about extending their family further. Raising two kids keep them plenty busy, we guess!
