Maureen E. McPhilm has settled down in her new life after her dramatic divorce with former husband Bill O’ Reilly in 2011. McPhilmy who is a public relations executive has been a domestic violence victim several times during their 14 years of married life.
She met Bill in 1992 while working in the show A Current Affair. She was working as the public relation executive while Bill was the host of that show. They started their relationship as friends and later started dating.
Despite the bitter experience in her first marriage, McPhilmy has happily settled down again. As per the reports she shares a happy relationship with her second husband. She is now married to Jeffrey Gross.
Jeffrey is a country police detective who had lost his ex-wife, Kathleen McBride in 2006 due to cervical cancer.

After the end of her 14 years of conjugal life with journalist and author Bill O’ Reilly, Maureen E. McPhilmy is very happy in her new life. McPhilmy is now married to her second husband, Jeffrey Gross.
Gross is a country police detective. He was previously married to Kathleen McBride who died in 2006 because of cervical cancer. He also has two children with his first wife.
It is not clear since when the couple started dating, but, it is speculated that their relationship started in 2010 after Maureen's separation with O'Reilly. O'Reilly, however, accused she cheated on him when they were still married and suited her for $10million.
As per online site Gawker, The O'Reilly Factor host contacted with his connections within the New York Police Department to investigate the relationship between Maureen and Jeffrey.
After McPhilmy and Gross tied the knot, O'Reilly even tried to ruin their married life and tried to ban her from the Catholic Church. His friend revealed:
"Bill is still bitter. 'Bill has a lot of money. He also has a lot of power. He's determined to hurt them any way he can."
But as per now, the couple seems to be living a peaceful life as there is no any news of O' Reilly troubling the duo.
McPhilmy and Gross are living a private life in their upscale Manha s set, on New York's Long Island along with their four children including McPhilmy's two children with O'Reilly, Madeline O'Reilly, Spencer O'Reilly and Gross' two children from his previous relationship.

McPhilmy and O' Reilly started dating in 1992. After four years, the couple eventually exchanged the vows on November 2, 1996, at St. Brigid Parish of Westbury, New York.
After two years of marriage, McPhilmy gave birth to their first child together, a daughter, Madeline O' Reilly in 1998. They then welcomed their son, Spencer O' Reilly in 2003.
They were together for 14 years but separated in 2010. Their divorce was finalized in September 2011 citing cheating and domestic violation. During their custody battle for their children, it was disclosed that O'Reilly physically abused McPhilmy during their conjugal life.
Their daughter, Madeline testified that she witnessed her father's domestic violence against mother McPhilmy in court in May 2015. She revealed that she witnessed O' Reilly violently attacking her mother and even dragging her down a staircase by her neck.
It is unclear when the incident happened, but it is speculated that it happened before they got a part in 2010. McPhilmy was also speculated to be domestic violence victim for several times during their married life.
The Journalist, however, denied the domestic violence allegation and claimed it is "100% false" with a statement:
“All allegations against me in these circ u mstances are 100 percent false. I am going to respect the court-mandated confidentiality put in place to protect my children and will not comment any further,”
Later in February 2016, the custody battle was finalized in favor of McPhilmy and declared that their two children would live full time with her.
