Luke Pegler was born in 1981 in Perth, Western Australia. He attended local high school in Perth. Since he was always interested in acting, he started taking cla s ses and decided to pursue his dream.
He made his acting debut in 2001 short film, Wild Kat as Alex and then starred in 2003 crime caper movie, Gettin Square as Joey Wirth, starring Sam Worthington, David Wenham, Gary Sweet.
Pegler has starred in two WWE Films productions: The Condemned (2006), as Michael and See No Evil (2007) as Baxter. In 2008, he was cast in two movies, Fppl’s Gold as Young, and The Strip as Simon Yeldham.
Pegler appeared as Daniel Griggs in an Australian family-oriented drama/comedy television program, Packed to the Rafters alongside Caroline Brazier, Justin Rosniak, Sarah Chadwick, and others. He then guests starred in several series, All Saints (2009), and Cops L.A.C. (2010) among others.
In 2011, Pegler portrayed the character of Dane Canning in Australian television soap opera, Neighbours, along with Maria Mercedes, Robert Forza, and others.
