Born as Dwight Walker, Lucious Lyon is a fictional character from the most popular American drama called Empire broadcasted on Fox. The role is portrayed by the actor Terence Howard. He plays an anti-hero role in the series that was the brainchild of Lee Daniels and Danny Strong.

In the series, Lucious is seen to be the CEO and founder of the world famous record firm called Empire Entertainment along with his family. The story of this awesome series runs side by side William Shakespeare’s King Lear and another one by James Goldman’s called The Lion in Winter.The plot sets in with Lucious being diagnosed with ALS and therefore being in a pressing need of a successor. He wants the wittiest and the ablest one among the three of his sons to stand up for the position.
