Jennifer Pfautch's husband Omari Hardwick is a popular actor from America. He was born and raised in Georgia. He began writing on a regular basis and participated in many sports pretty early. He attended the Marist School, Atlanta. While in school, he was a champion in baseball, basketball, and football. He also received a football scholarship for the University of Georgia. But, after joining University, he continued in theater and poetry. He is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity.

After graduation, he tried to make the roster of the NFL San Diego Chargers but was not selected in the draft.

He initially did several jobs in order to pay for his acting cla s ses. He did a few independent movies from 2002-04. In 2004, he made a big break in a TV movie Sucker Free City.
