The 41-year-old television personality and the former Clemson Tigers quarterback Will Proctor exchanged vows on October 13, 2012, in a private wedding ceremony held at the All Saints Episcopal Church in Winter Park, Florida.
Proctor is her second husband. Before Proctor, she was married to Kevin McKinney. They got married in 2005 but it ended four years later in 2009.

The couple was blessed with a baby girl on 2015. She announced the news of her pregnancy on one of the episodes of Fox and Friends on June 22, 2015. Earnhardt and Proctor welcomed the little princess, Hayden on November 6, 2015.
The Fox host took a tweet to announce the arrival of their baby on her Twitter on 6th November 2015 where she shared a picture of herself with her newly born baby.

The proud mother captioned the picture:

Ainsley Earhardt Is A Proud Mother
Fox and Friends co-host Ainsley Earhardt is a proud mother and she even mentioned herself as "Hayden's Mama" in her Twitter bio. Despite her busy schedule, she manages to spend time with her little daughter and she even shares several pictures of her little daughter on her social media.
Earhardt has also written a children’s book titled Take Heart My Child with her daughter in her mind. The book is about her own childhood, talking about the book on her show Fox & Friends Earnhardt said:

Mom was a school teacher and she had to be at work at 7:30 every morning. So Dad was in charge of us three kids around the breakfast table. He always made it creative, he did the bananas with the smiley face and the eyes with peanut butter on top, made us drink grapefruit every morning even though we had to do it holding our noses. He always had a scripture or saying or some sort of note next to our cereal with an inspirational quote.
In an interview with glamour.com, she shared how she and her husband managed the time between their tight schedule and Hayden. She explained:
I rely on my husband in the mornings because I'm working. Then, I'm with her in the afternoon, while he's working. At night I have to study for the show, and I rely on him a lot.
She also shared having a baby makes her grateful and said that God had given her the most wonderful gift.
