Televison Meaning of Tele(Far) and Vision (Sight). It is derived word from Tele Ancient Greek and Vision from Latin. In Short TV is called for television. In general TV means Transmitiing and receiving Moveable images that can be Black and white (Mono Chrome) or Colored with a sound or without sound. Television was commercially available after 1920 AD. Now a days it was common in evey place.
