Idris Elba is officially off the market! The 46-year-old English producer and director got married to his model girlfriend Sabrina Dhowre on Friday, 26th April in a secret wedding in Morocco.
They exchanged their vows at Ksar Char-Bagh hotel in Marrakech. Vogue magazine exclusively covered the couple's Friday wedding for its July edition. All the photographs of their wedding online on Saturday.
Vogue shared their wedding photos exclusively on its official Instagram where it wrote "Congratulations to newlyweds #IdrisElba and #SabrinaDhowre" in the caption.
The celebration that lasted three days included a "colors of the Souk"-themed dinner for friends and family. Elba, 46, opted for a bespoke suit by Ozwald Boateng and Dhowre, 29, wore a dress by Vera Wang on their big day.
Designer Boateng wished the couple for their happy married life on Instagram writing "Congratulations to my brother Idris Elba and his beautiful wife Sabrina Dhowre so happy for you" alongside the photo.
The Luther actor Elba was married twice before; first to Hanne Norgaard and later to Sonya Nicole Hamlin. He has two children; daughter Isan Elba with his first wife Norgaard and a son Winston Elba with ex-girlfriend Naiyana Garth. It is the first marriage for the American actress Dhowre who was Miss Vancouver in 2014.
