On Saturday American entrepreneur Earl Cole announced that he and his wife Shelley have welcomed their second child, daughter Alani via Instagram.
Earl posted a picture of his newly born daughter along with the heart eyes emoji and hashtags of #beautifulbabies #twicecharmed #Alani #Cole #ohana.
Back in November, on their daughter Kaia JoAnn’s first birthday party, the pair made their pregnancy announcement. The couple announced the news while they opened a big gift for their first daughter that read “I’m going to be a big sister April 2019.”
On his Instagram, he shared the cute moment writing “The highlight of my daughter’s 1st birthday party, was the look on her face once her biggest gift was opened!” He completed the announcement with emojis and hashtags like #growingfamily and $dadlife.
Earl and Shelley, who welcomed their first child, Kaia on November 10, 2017, once revealed that they had attempted to conceive for around seven years before being pregnant for the first time.
Early even once claimed that their daughter’s name has a special significance. He said:
Kaia means ‘ocean’ in Hawaiian,” he said at the time. “My wife, Shelley, was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and we got married on the island of Kauai seven years ago.
Her middle name, JoAnn, is the first name of my mother who pa s sed away last year from early Alzheimer’s — the day before we found out we were pregnant.
Earl was very close to his mother. Despite his mother’ death, he believes that she lives on.
