The lawsuit further claims he was still in a relationship with his late brother Beau's widow Hallie at the time she gave birth to the child. According to the reports, Roberts would have conceived the child in fall 2017, around seven months after he confirmed his controversial relationship with Hallie.
Roberts' two-page long petition didn't make it clear how she met Hunter and how they went to have a physical relationship. Roberts' attorney Clint Lancaster told she didn't detail her relationship with Hunter in her lawsuit because of her privacy. He also said,
She really does not want this to be a media spectacle. She doesn't want this to affect Joe Biden's campaign. She just wants this baby to get financial support from the baby's father.
The lawsuit comes nearly two weeks after Hunter Biden got married to a South African woman Melissa Cohen.
