Anja's father Andrezej confirmed her separation from Saša Kneževic after media started speculating their divorce, a year after Anja stopped posting her husband's photos on Instagram.
Andrzej talked to 'Show' magazine about the separation, saying he visited them in Mallocra in Summer after they had decided to split. He explained they were no longer together and were taking a break.
Anja's father also shut down the speculations that Anja and Saša 's falling was over money. Saša has been a part of Anja's '25' magazine. He explained the situation further saying:
This is all nonsense. They are still close. Saša called me recently to wish me a happy birthday. And he said that they were together at dinner. They still have a friendship. Later, Anja confirmed the separation personally. She commented
The truth is that we have actually been split up for a while. It is not true that we fight. We talk every day on the phone. We love each other still, but our lives overshoot. The projects help me, that I cut off from that and focus on something else.
