Two Texas men have died in an apparent murder-suicide after they got involved in a heated argument in their fun night out over the weekend.
On Sunday, at 3:15 a.m., the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Deputies picked a call claiming “in progress shooting” at a house in Huffman. When they arrived, they found 27 years old Austin Smith died of a gunshot wound in the driveway of the home.

Earlier, Austin and his girlfriend went “mudding” in their trucks with 32 years old Coby Rigsby and his girlfriend who lived on the same street.
Sources have reported that when Coby began fighting with his girlfriend, Austin intervened, prompted a fight in between the two men in the front yard. When Coby pulled out a pistol, Austin, his girlfriend, and Coby’s girlfriend left the scene.

Later, when Austin returned to get his four-wheeler, Coby shot and killed him.
When the officers tried to talk to Coby, who was inside his home, they heard a gunshot. They discovered him dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Both Austin and Coby was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit is investigating the case.
