My Favorite Year singer Michael Feinstein and his husband, Terrence Flannery have listed their Los Feliz mansion for sale for a whopping $18.9 million.
The lovebirds put their 1926 mansion up in the market last Thursday which they had previously listed for five months last year. Last time the couple listed the house for $26 million.
As per the PropertyShark records Mr. Flannery bought the house in 1998 and has been staying in the house with his husband Mr. Feinstein since their marriage in 2008. Ernie Carswell of Douglas Elliman, the couple's listing agent, told the home's Tudor revival style makes it stand out among the new modern homes. He said,
What we've seen is a rebound effect--there's a return to glamor and a return to the architecture of past decades.
He added,
There’s a reaction to too much new construction, and people want to go to something that feels landed, authentic and different from what’s being built.
The house covers 15,391 square-foot stands at four stories. Mr. Flannery said an upper level with an office suite and service bar in the mansion that additionally features six bedrooms, a fitness room, and a swimming pool.
