TV's Batman, Adam West, is dead at the age of 88. The Hollywood actor has died after a short struggle with Leukemia. The actor was also the voice of Quahog's Mayor on sitcom 'Family Guy'. Adam West was popular for playing Batman/Bruce Wayne int he 1960's live-action TV series based on DC comic Batman.
Adam West died at his home in LA this Friday night. His family has released a statement that reads:
"Our dad always saw himself as The Bright Knight, and aspired to make a positive impact on his fans’ lives. He was and always will be our hero.”
