The “Property Brothers” star, Drew Scott will go from selling homes to learning how to dance in a next few months.
The 39-year-old star is ready for a whole new world of dancers as the Vancouver native joins the cast of "Dancing with the Stars."
It is announced that Scott will be teamed with pro dancer Emma Slater when the new season of the ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” returns on Sept. 18.
When the news was first released on Good Morning America, Scott shared his feelings saying, “'I’ve never danced before. I did, like, two drop-in hip-hop dance cla s ses when I was, like, 20, so I am no dance expert but I always love a challenge.”
Scott's new dancing interest is a far cry from his role on “Property Brothers,” in which he scouts and negotiates purchases for fixer-upper homes.
He stars on the Emmy-nominated and popular HGTV series alongside his twin brother Jonathan, a licensed contractor and master builder who handles the renovations.
