Paul Blackthorne is an English actor who is known for playing Detective Quentin Lance in the CW series Arrow. He made his film debut in the English film Romeo Thinks Again in 1998. From 2012-18, he played Quentin Lance in a superhero series Arrow.  He also made a guest appearance in a DC series The Flash in 2017.

Paul Blackthorne has portrayed major roles in several movies and TV series like Special, A Christmas Carol, Dark Ascension, Medium, The Gates, and The River.
