He is 5 feet 3 inches tall and is healthy and active even in his seventies.

 Currently, Kilcher is married to a biologist Charlotte Irene Adamson. The pair is a parent to a son August Kilcher. Kilcher is a step-father to Charlotte's son Torrey. The self-taught and skillful mechanic Kilcher is leading a very secretive personal life. In early 2016, he had some serious health issues. Since the family and the producer of the show shared no information about Otto, he is reported to be dead by several online media. 

However, the Kilcher family didn't disclose any information about him and his condition. There was no official confirmation about the star's death. As of now, the tv personality is alive and still engaged in his work. He regularly updates his Instagram account hence, he is believed to be fit and healthy.
