One infant died and five other children injured after an apartment caught fire while two mothers were enjoying at a nightclub in Nashville, Tennessee.
Police reported the incident happened early Sunday morning when two women of ages 23 and 25 were partying at a nightclub.
When the Nashville firefighters arrived at around 2 a.m., they witnessed "heavy smoke and flames" coming from one of the units of the Hickory Lake Apartments on Apache Trail.
The firefighters immediately started their operation and rescued one child from the third-floor balcony. Then, they saved four other children from the burning home. The children were transported to Vanderbilt Hospital.

An eight-month-old baby girl was pronounced dead at the scene. The Nashville Fire Department took to their Twitter mentioning the investigators were seeking for the cause of the fire.
People reported police have been trying to figure out if the mothers had hired any babysitter for the night as no adult was present at the scene when the emergency responders arrived.
A witness made an emergency call after seeing a frightened 6-year-old boy ran out of the home, screaming that his siblings were inside.
As the women returned to their apartment, they were met by both police and the firefighters.
The baby girl, who died in the fire, was identified as Jream Jenkins. Other children were identified as two boys and two girls, who are ages 6,4,2 and 1. The children remain hospitalized.
