Actor Nicholas Brendon has been charged with the domestic violence for his arrest on October 2017. The Riverside County District Attorney's Office filed the doc u ments against the Buffy the Vampire Slayer actor, 48.
Brendon, famous for his role as Xander Harris in the drama series faces one count of felony corporal injury to a spouse. As per the sources, Brendon may face up to four years in state prison if he would be convicted of the charge.
The charge comes over a year after his arrest. He was arrested on October 11, 2017, and charged with violating a protective order. He got out the next day after posting $50k bail.
As previously reported, Brendon allegedly pulled his girlfriend's hair and yanked her arm at the Saguaro hotel in Palm Springs. William Hutchinson, Palm Springs Police Sergeant told,
He was with his girlfriend and they got into an argument. During the argument at the bar, he pulled her arm and then violently pulled her by her hair.
His girlfriend had an active protective order against him at the time the incident happened; according to which, he could be around her but wasn't allowed to hara s s, a s sault or threaten her.
Meanwhile, Brendon pleaded guilty to criminal mischief to his girlfriend after he grabbed his girlfriend's throat, stole her car keys and smashed her cellphone.
