Mother Pleaded Guilty To Killing Her Twin Son And Daughter

- On 27th December, Ford had a collision with a lorry after which she told the police to check at her home where there were her children.
- The rescuers found the babies dying and called the paramedics who took them to the hospital immediately, however, they were pronounced dead shortly after.
A woman admitted to killing her twin son and daughter over Christmas last year, however, she denied to murdering her kids.
Samantha Ford has been charged with murdering her twins, Jake and Chloe who were found dying at their home in Westwood, near Margate, Kent two days after Christmas. Her husband, Steven Ford, was at the court when she pleaded guilty.
Police reached at Ford's house after she told them to check her home because her babies were there when got into a collision with a lorry on the London-bound carriageway of the A299 Thanet Way at 2:50 am.
When police reached their home, they found the twin babies dying. They immediately called paramedics, who tried to save the toddlers and were later taken to the hospital where they died shortly after.
Ford denied two counts of murder, however, admitted two counts of manslaughter by diminished responsibility. Prosecutors are yet to decide whether her pleas are acceptable or not. If the pleas are not accepted, a provisional trial date was set for 24 June.
