Patrick told People, "Yes, Aaron and I are dating," and she added, the lovebirds have known each other after their first meeting at the 2012 ESPY Awards.

Patrick has been a Chicago Bears fan for a long time. However, she says she has ''always'' rooted for Rodgers, 34, as a player, though Bears and Packers are arch-rivals. Patrick said,

The news has come nearly a month after Patrick's rep confirmed her five-year-long relationship with the fellow racer Ricky Stenhouse Jr.
