Mel B’s ex- nanny, Lorraine Gilles, filed a 128-page libel lawsuit against the “Too Much” hitmaker on Sunday. In the doc u ment, she responded to the 42-year-old pop star’s accusations she had an affair with Stephen Belafonte and aborted his baby.
In doc u ments filed in California‘s Superior Court, the 26-year-old nanny, claimed she had sex “multiple times a week” with Mel over a seven-year period and only slept with Stephen on the singer’s “instruction.” She also stated that she was only 18 at that time.
The doc u ments also say, “X Factor” judge Mel would also bed her without hubby Stephen Belafonte, 42, in frolics that went on for seven years.
Giles said, “She stated, “My sexual and employment relationship with Melanie continued for approximately seven years until September 2016. During my time with Melanie, she and I had sex sporadically, sometimes having sex multiple times in a week.”

“The only times Stephen and I had sex was when Melanie instructed Stephen and I to do so. Or when Melanie herself invited her husband to join us in the bedroom, at which point Melanie would often serve as the ‘camera man’ and record the sexual encounter or take part in the menage a trois herself,” she added.
The nanny, who looked after their kids Phoenix Chi, 18, Angel, 10 and Madison, 5, says the “three-way” romps were consensual. She said that she is suing for libel and breach of privacy after being dragged into the divorce row.
