American actor George Edward Maxwell Wright AKA Max Wright died on 26th June, Wednesday, at his Hermosa Beach, California home. He was only 75 years old. Deadline reported that he passed away from cancer.

Sources have reported that Wright had been battling with cancer for many years. He was first diagnosed with lymphoma back in 1995.

Max Wright, who was born on 2nd August 1943, is a veteran actor and has a long list of credits in both movies and television. Some of his notable credits are Grumpier Old Men, Buffalo Bill, Cheers, The Drew Carey Show, Mad About You, ALF, Quantum Leap, Soul Man, and many others.

Talking about Max Wright’s personal life, he was married to Linda Ybarrondo. The couple got married in 1965 and remained together until the death of his wife in 2017. His wife died of breast cancer. The pair had two children.
