Magicaian David Blaine Is Under Investigation After Two Women Accuse Him Of Sexual Assault

The illusionist, David Blaine is under investigation after two women made sexual allegations against him, the New York Police department confirmed the news on Monday.
Dermot Shea, the chief of detectives told the media that the 45 years old is under an active investigation. The chief, however, didn't mention anything more about the case.
According to the interview with Shea, it was found out that the NYPD had taken statements from two women who accused Blaine of sexual assault.
Unnamed sources reveal that Blaine had attacked one of the victims inside his Manhattan apartment in 1998. Likewise, another source reveals the endurance artist raping victim no. 2 in London in 2004.
The 2004 case was handled by the Scotland Yard detectives. But, later they declined to further investigate the case following the lack of evidence.
Any phone and email messages were sent to his lawyer on Monday.
The New York City Police Department (NYPD) also stated in a comment that they take sexual assault and rape cases extremely seriously, and urges anyone who has been a victim to file a report so we can perform a comprehensive investigation, and offer support and services to survivors.
Blaine is basically popular for his stunts who came to fame in 1999 after being buried in a plexiglass coffin for seven days.
David is scheduled to get inside on a European tour that kicks off on June 2018.
