On Thursday, a suspected arson attacked the Kyoto animation Production Company in Kyoto, which resulted in at least 33 people dead and dozens injured.
The number of the death toll is regarded to be the highest for an arson incident since 1989.
Police reported that some people witnessed a man shouting “Die!” who later set the fire at Kyoto Animation Company Studio.

The suspect, who is of around 41 years old, was injured and taken to the local hospital. The police have also found knives at the scene.
As per the investigation conducted today, the suspect set the fire on the studio because it “STOLE A NOVEL.”
The fire broke out at 10:35 a.m., and around 70 people were working in the company. The bodies of four victims were found on the stairs and around eleven on the second floor of the building.
The death number has been increasing since the fire began with the fire department discovering more bodies while searching the ravaged building.
The witness near the studio reported that they had heard a number of explosions and black smoke blowing out of the building. Later, the victims were carried out covering in blankets out of the studio.
The police have been investing the exact cause of the fire; however, it is believed that arson is the reason behind it. A Kyoto Prefectural Police Spokesman reported:
