He played College basketball for Tom Crean at Marquette University and started his NBA career from Miami Heat.
Gabrielle Union was born to Teresa, a phone company manager and social worker, and the Sylvester E. Union, a business executive, and military sergeant. She spent her childhood in Pleasanton, California. She was admitted to the University of Nebraska and was later transferred to Cuesta College. She has received a degree in sociology from UCLA.
