Joe Flamm is a professional American chef working in Chicago’s Michelin-starred Spiaggia and Café Spiaggia. Working with the famous chef Tony Mantuano, chef Joe shows his Midwestern and Italian cultures with the help of Spiaggia’s tasting, bar, and a la carte menus. The menus are inspired by Chef Tony and Joe’s travels throughout Italy.

Joe Flamm was born on 6th April 1986 in the United States Of America. He grew up in a large Italian family in South-Chicago. He was born under the zodiac sign of Aires which describes her as enterprising, incisive, spontaneous, daring, active, courageous and energetic personality.

Joe Flamm is a renowned chef and serves in an Italian restaurant as the executive chef. The chef is also the winner of "Top Chef" season 15 where he defeated the Hyde Park native chef, Adrienne Cheatham. He gave the credit of his win to his friend Tony Mantuano who influenced him to take part in the competition. He won the prize money of $1.2 Million.
