Joe Flamm is a professional American chef working in Chicago’s Michelin-starred Spiaggia and Café Spiaggia. Working with the famous chef Tony Mantuano, chef Joe shows his Midwestern and Italian cultures with the help of Spiaggia’s tasting, bar, and a la carte menus.
