Josina Anderson started her broadcasting career in 2000. She first worked as an anchor and reporter for the Coos Bay. Anderson then worked with Redskins magazine, Sideline report and Roundball report.
Then, she joined WKYS 93.9 and began hosting her own segment called Scoop Center. She won the Heartland and 'Emmy Award' for her doc u mentary entitled A Premonition to Addis Ababa. During her time with WKYS, she covered major sports stories and this led to becoming finest sportscaster of the country.

When people started to appreciate her talent, Fox 31 hired her for hosting and producing night sports show. While she was there, she also served as a contributed for the NFL.
In 2011, ESPN hired her as a reporter and anchor for the network. After four years, she became the first female anchor of NFL Insider.
