He is also the younger brother of Sarah Harding. He has appeared in the 2010 ABC television family drama series Pretty Little Liars alongside Lucy Hale, Keegan Allen Tyler Blackburn.
Ian later moved to Virginia with his family and joined the drama club at Georgetown Preparatory School. He attednedCarnegie Mellon University to pursue the Acting/Music Theater program.
