Louise Mary Minchin is a British journalist and news presenter who serves as a regular anchor on BBC One program, Breakfast. She works freelance at the BBC. She co-hosted Real Rescues for three years since 2009 and has also guest-hosted The One Show many times since 2012.
Married Life of Minchin Couple
Louise Minchin was married to David Minchin on 6th June 1998. They wedded each other in a tiny Hamshire church among 50 other guests and shared the sacred vows. Her husband, David is a restaurateur and the couple is blessed with two daughters, Scarlett and Mia. The family currently resides near Chester.
The love life of the couple is quite interesting than the other people. Louise revealed in an interview that, she was first introduced to David by her friend while she was at the University of St Andrews. They dated for some years before getting married. The couple is deeply in love with each other. Louise also stated in the interview that:
If I had half an hour left on the Earth, I would have to be with my family and have a big hug.
Louise and David are having a great time together even after two decades of their marriage. Louise told in an interview that every weekend she goes for a bike ride with her husband and daughter. She also revealed that her husband does all the cooking and creates the most delicious snacks.

Louise Minchin was born in British Hong Kong and holds a degree in Spanish from the University of St Andrews. She completed journalism from the London College of Communication. She engaged in journalism from a very early age before the 2000s.
Louise was awarded by the University of Chester an Honorary Doctor of Letters degree and has always supported SOS Children's Villages. She joined BBC-One as an anchor on the program Breakfast. She has co-hosted various other shows and competed in Celebrity MasterChef on BBC One.
Prior to media, Minchin is also an author who published a book called Dare to Tri: My Journey from the BBC Breakfast Sofa to GB Team Triathlete, in 2018. In the year 2016, the journalist competed in Celebrity MasterChef on BBC One and finished becoming the first runner-up.
Minchin has been working for BBC for a long time now and is paid a good amount of salary too.
