English media personality and writer Gregg Wallace, who is widely known for co-presenting MasterChef, MasterChef: The Professionals, and Celebrity MasterChef, has recently welcomed a baby with wife Anne- Marie.
The couple welcomed a baby boy named Sid Ma s simo. The veteran judge revealed that he was very involved at this son’s birth.
Speaking with OK! Magazine, Gregg revealed that he went down the business end and watched the doctors pull the son out. He said:
I saw him take his first breath, it was just beautiful. I looked at him and thought he was perfect.'
Gregg was far more scared this time than when he welcomed children; Tom and Libby from his second marriage.
He said:
'I don't know if it's because it took us so long to conceive or perhaps it's because I’m older, but I was scared for their health. I could have hugged the doctors.'
Gregg and Anne have been trying to conceive for a very long time while his wife finally became pregnant last summer shortly before the pair were due to begin treatment to help them with the process.
This is the third child for Gregg as he shares two children; 25 years old Tom and 23 years old Libby with his former wife, Denise.
Gregg and Anne first met in 2013, and they bonded over their love of food via Twitter. Despite having 21 years age gap, the pair tied the knot three years later.
Before being married to Anne, Gregg was married thrice. He was previously married to Christine Wallace from 1991 to 1991, Denise Wallace from 1999 to 2004, Heidi Brown from 2011 to 2012.
