Gokhan Inler is a Swiss-Turkish professional footballer. He was born in 7th June in the month of 1984.He was born in Olten in Switzerland. Although he was born in Switzerland,his parents were actually from Turkey. So basically he is more into the Turkish culture .His Current Team is Napoli where he is playing as a central Midfielder wearing jersey No.88.His parents always wanted him to have some academic related job but he was always interested in football and basically he fulfilled his dream too. Although initially his parents were not happy with his decision later they supported him for his wish to be a footballer.
Career
He began his career from FC Basel. After playing few games in FC Basel he was loaned out to FC Schaffhausen .During the season 2004-05, on 20 March 2005 he made his Swiss Super League debut where unfortunately they got a home defeat of 2-3 against the strong team Gra s shoppers. Later after an year or half he was again singed by FC Zurich where he stayed till 2007 and help the team win Swiss Championship winning team. After that he joined Udinese in 2007 .He made his first goal for Udinese in game over Torino FC. He made a very successful season finishing 7th in Serie A and he also helped earning first roung of the UEFA Cup Spot. On the season 2008-09 he scored the third goal of 3-1 agaianst Palermo .He also scored in the first leg of UEFA Cup Qualifying round in Germany. As he was playing very standard game In the club Udinese some clubs were interested in him. He even was the key player to secure Champions League playoff spot for his team. Later he was transferred to Napoli for Euro 13 million. He made a wonderful debut in his match for Napoli. He helped the team to have a 3-1 victory over AC Cesena .He had a s sisted goals when their team defeated Bayern Munich .Napoli scored a wonderful long range goal in second leg against Chelsea .He also played in Coppa Italia against Scudetto and won first piece of silverware with Partenopei when they defeated Juve by 2 – 0.

There is no much facts about his romantic or marital life. There were even rumors about his sexual orientation. Some argued that he could be GAY as he is not seen in any relationship or any marital status. But later news came out that he was not actually gay but he doesn’t like his private life being interrupted or flashed out in media.
