Former healthcare worker Katrina Glynn, 34, accidentally killed herself with a lethal c* * ktail of prescription tablets in Bolton, Manchester.
According to Mail Online, the mother of three mistakenly swallowed a mix of pills including paracetamol and temazepam after she suffered from bouts of anxiety and sleeplessness.

She was found dead on her couch by her niece at home in Bolton, Greater Manchester in August 2017. The tests showed she had painkillers including morphine plus beta blockers, anti-sickness and anti-depressant tablets in her system.
She was diagnosed with anxiety, depression, an emotionally unstable personality disorder and sleep disturbance in October 2016.
Her mother Janet said:
She seemed absolutely fine. She left at 6:30 pm. At 10:30 pm I had a call from her, and she asked if she could take some pillows for her partner when he came back.
She continued,
she found a new relationship with a man who worked on the oil rigs which meant that he would be away from home and this further aggravated her depression and anxiety.
The scene didn't seem like a suicide as she had been making arrangements for her boyfriend's arrival and she was looking forward to plans with her family the following weekend.
