The NFL world has another loss! Gino Marchetti, the former Baltimore Colts and Pro Football Hall of Famer, pa s sed away at the age of 93 on Monday, April 29.
The legendary pa s s rusher was with his family and his wife of 41 years when he died at Paoli Hospital in Paoli, Pennsylvania.
As per The Baltimore Sun, the cause of the Gino death was the complications from pneumonia at Paoli Hospital.

Joan Marchetti said the Baltimore Sun that,
I kissed him and he knew me and smiled. That was Gino's way of saying goodbye.
Marchetti was born to an immigrant coal miner in Kayford, West Virginia in 1927 and grew up in the depression, served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Also, he has fought in the Battle of the Bulge as a machine gunner.
As for his NFL career, he has played 14 seasons and was named the top defensive end of the first 50 years of NFL. Gino was appointed for nine consecutive times from 1956 to 1964 on the all-NFL team.
He was also selected to NFL's 75th Anniversary All-Time Team in 1994.
