in 2013. Donna’s husband faced charges for the failure to pay the value-added tax for three continuous years (2009, 2010 and 2011) in violation of Sections 254 and 255 of the 1997 National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC) of Philippines.
Donna's husband had to pay around Peso 21,140,629.63, for his tax deficiencies over the three years.
